My heater stopped working during 19 degree winter weather in the middle of the night. I got connected to TJ who was willing to come to my home at 9pm at night. Luckily, I had a portable electric heater and several blanks, so I told TJ he can stop by next morning. TJ stop by early morning. Instead of just telling me to spend $400+ dollars on a new blower motor, he wanted to change out the capacitor which ended up being the problem. He was knowledgeable, courteous, completely honest, and thought about saving me money instead of satisfying his greed. If there is ever need to do HVAC work at home, he's my go to guy from now on and I highly recommend him. - My A/C stopped blowing cold air and One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning sent out Tj to service my unit. He was thorough in his testing diagnosis of my problem and was able to replace my compressor in the outside fan unit with no issues. He also took time to answer all my questions and gave me tips on how to use my A/C in terms of opening and closing the flapper (or whatever it is called) inside the HVAC for max air flow to the 3rd floor in the summer and what vents to open/close on each floor to push more cool air to the 3rd floor which tends to stay warmer. - I made the mistake of calling Appleton Campbell they told me I needed a whole new unit cost would be $15,000.00 they said my unit could not be repaired. I said no way I called RC Mechanical and tj was great he was very knowledgeable and honest he said you do not need a new unit he fixed it for under $600 DOLLARS. - TJ was awesome! !!!! Thank goodness for TJ and his company first of all answering the phone on a Sunday at 8am and then to top it off its a major holiday MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND!!!! THE WORST TIME FOR YOUR AC UNIT TO STOP..... we have puppies, ferrets, 2 small children and several other very HOT-N-STICKY family members that were miserable from our airconditioner freezing over and blowing warm air.....thank you TJ and your company for a fast reliable service. I called at 8am TJ said between 11 and 12pm but he's was even earlier 10:30am OUTSTANDING.....THEN HE ALSO HELP ME OUT BECAUSE OF MORE BUDGET........after a terrible car accident in February and needing the extra help was a huge plus!!! - I have used RC Mechanical Service for my stores Walk-in cooler. I called them at a crucial moment, when I had few thousands dollars of meat in the cooler and it broke down. RC responded right away technician T Jay showed up within 45 minutes. He performed a very thorough inspection and resolved the issue. T Jay was very professional, honest and he was more into doing the job correct and building relationship rather than just making money. RC is very reasonable with price. Due to their excellent service, later on I have called T Jay again to get serviced my AC system as well.
